Installation Notes

• Minimum supply pressure: 7" W.C. Natural Gas / 11" W.C. LP Gas
• Recommended: install under a ventilated hood and on 6" legs or casters.
• If using a flex-hose, I.D. must be ≥ 3/4" and comply with ANSI Z 21.69.

Oversized cookware policy: Pans 12" or larger should be kept on the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail and controls.
Flooring notice: For installations on flooring other than quarry tile, cement or natural stone, consult Southbend for approved mounting solutions to preserve warranty.
