Installation & Use Notices
  • Install under a properly sized vent hood in accordance with local codes.
  • 6" legs or casters are required on combustible floors.
  • If flooring is not quarry tile, cement or natural stone, consult Southbend for approved installation options.
  • Use cookware larger than 12" only on rear burners to avoid excessive heat at the front rail.
