Southbend heavy-duty ranges are intended for commercial use only. Oversized cookware should be limited to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail components.

Installation Reminder: Install under a vented hood, use a ¾" minimum gas flex-hose that meets ANSI Z21.69, and maintain 10" clearance from combustibles on sides & rear. Damage caused by improper installation, cleaning, or ventilation is not covered under warranty.
