Built for high-volume, all-day production, the Southbend Ultimate Range combines rugged power with the flexibility you need on a busy cook line. Four clog-free open burners with wavy grates, a full 24 inch thermostatic griddle and a high-capacity oven let you sauté, sear, grill and bake from one compact 48" footprint.
