This appliance is intended for commercial use under a vented hood. Oversized cookware (12″ dia.+) should be kept toward the rear grates to protect front-rail components.

Installation Note: A ¾″ gas supply line, 115 V electrical outlet, and non-combustible clearances (or 10″ side/rear to combustibles) are required. For installations on flooring other than quarry tile, contact Southbend for approved mounting solutions.
