Bring maximum fire-power to the line without sacrificing floor space. The Southbend Ultimate 48″ combines patented high-output Pyromax burners with compact, full-featured ovens—delivering a total of 316,000 BTU/hr in an all-stainless chassis that’s built for the grind of a busy kitchen.
