This custom 48" range combines three precision star/saute burners, two blasting Pyromax burners, two heavy-duty non-clog burners and a pair of independent space-saver ovens—giving you the fire-power of a full cookline in less than four feet of width.

Cooktop Configuration

  • 3 × 33,000 BTU Star/Sauté Burners (front-left bank) – Even flame pattern for pan work.
  • 2 × 40,000 BTU Pyromax Burners (rear-left bank) – High-output three-piece design for large-volume applications.
  • 2 × 33,000 BTU Non-Clog Burners (right bank) – Patented one-piece cast iron; lifetime clog-free guarantee.
  • Removable drip trays below each burner section for quick clean-ups.

Space-Saver Ovens (2)
