Important: For best results and to maintain warranty coverage:
  • Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to prevent overheating of the front rail.
  • Never cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—excess heat can cause damage.
  • Install under a properly vented hood. Minimum 10" clearance to combustible surfaces on sides & rear.
