Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 48" range combines high-output open burners, a precision-controlled griddle, and a full-size standard oven—all in a single, stainless-steel workhorse that saves priceless line space while maximizing productivity.

  • Four non-clog cast-iron burners, 33,000 BTU each (standing pilots for instant lighting).
  • 24" wide, ½" thick polished steel griddle on the left side with thermostatic control for consistent temps across breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
  • 45,000 BTU standard oven equipped with battery spark ignition—no external power or match required.
  • Total input: 225,000 BTU (natural or LP; factory regulator included).

  • Full porcelain-enameled oven cavity with coved corners for easy clean-up; fits full-size sheet pans both ways.
