Installation & Care Tips

  • Install under a properly sized, code-compliant ventilation hood.
  • Legs or casters (optional) must be used on combustible floors—never set the range directly on vinyl or wood.
  • Limit oversized (>12") cookware to the rear burners to protect front rail components.
  • Clean the griddle daily with a scraper and light oil; never pour cold water on a hot plate.
Warranty Notice: Damage resulting from improper installation, oversized cookware on the front rail, or cleaning with sheet pans over live burners is not covered. For non-quarry tile floors, contact Southbend for approved installation methods.
