Installation & Use Notes
  • For commercial installations only – must be placed under a properly sized ventilation hood.
  • Maintain 10" clearance to combustibles at sides and rear (charbroiler sections are for non-combustible locations).
  • Limit cookware over 12" Ø to the rear burner to protect the front rail components.
  • When cleaning the charbroiler, do not cover grates with sheet pans; reflected heat can damage the unit.
