Installation & operation notes

  • Intended for use under a properly sized commercial ventilation hood.
  • If installing on flooring other than quarry tile, cement, or natural stone, consult factory for approved leg/caster options.
  • For best efficiency, place oversized cookware (12" +) on rear burners only.
  • Never allow pots or pans to hang over the 4" front rail.
Commercial use only. Warranty is void if unit is installed in a household setting or operated outside recommended specifications.
