Engineered for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise on flexibility, the Southbend Ultimate 36" Range pairs heavy-duty open-top performance with the even, consistent baking of a convection oven—all in one space-saving footprint.

  • One-piece drip tray and front manual gas shut-off simplify daily cleaning and maintenance.
  • 32,000 BTU convection oven with battery-spark ignition, 175-550 °F thermostat and powerful 1/2 hp fan for fast, uniform results.
  • Oven cavity is fully porcelain-enamelled, coved-cornered and ships with three racks (five positions) to hold full-size sheet pans either way.
  • 22-1/2" stainless flue riser with heavy-duty landing shelf doubles as convenient plating/warming space.
