Two powerful open burners, a full-service 24" charbroiler, and a 32,000 BTU convection oven give your line the flexibility to sauté, sear, char, bake and roast simultaneously—perfect for kitchens that refuse to compromise on speed or flavor.

All-In-One Cooking Power

  • (1) 33,000 BTU non-clog burner in rear—designed for oversized stock pots up to 14".
  • 24" cast-iron charbroiler (left-side) delivers 64,000 BTU for steakhouse-grade searing.
