Put three high-volume workstations in the footprint of one with Southbend’s Ultimate 36" Restaurant Range. Two powerful open burners, a full-service 24" charbroiler, and a 32,000 BTU convection oven give your line the flexibility to sauté, sear, char, bake and roast simultaneously—perfect for kitchens that refuse to compromise on speed or flavor.
All-In-One Cooking Power
- (1) 33,000 BTU Star/Sauté burner in front for fast, even pan work.
- (1) 33,000 BTU non-clog burner in rear—designed for oversized stock pots up to 14".
- 24" cast-iron charbroiler (left-side) delivers 64,000 BTU for steakhouse-grade searing.
- Standard cast-iron grates are removable for easy cleanup.
- Standing pilots on the cooktop for simple, reliable lighting.
High-Performance Convection Oven
- 32,000 BTU NAT with battery spark ignition—no electrical lighter kits to replace.
- Temperature range: 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C).
- Porcelain-enameled cavity (14"H × 26"W × 24"D) resists corrosion and wipes clean.
- (3) heavy-duty racks with 5 positions keep pans moving during peak service.
- ½-hp blower motor (115 V plug) circulates heat for even baking and roasting.
