  • If mounting on a non-quarry tile floor, contact the factory for approved leg or caster options.
  • Use cookware larger than 12" only on the rear grates to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
  • For flexible gas hose connections, hose I.D. must be ≥ 3/4" and ANSI Z 21.69 compliant.
  • Commercial use only—not for residential installation.
