With a total output of 130,000 BTU, rugged stainless construction and a convenient storage cabinet base, this range is ready to handle your toughest rush.

  • Full-width, removable cast-iron top grates handle stock pots up to 14".
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed ¾" pressure regulator for fast service access.
  • 22 ½" flue riser with landing-edge shelf keeps utensils handy while channeling exhaust up and away.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, flue riser, shelf & 6" adjustable legs – easy to clean and built for years of abuse.

Installation & Care

  • Install under a properly sized, ventilated commercial hood.
  • Minimum clearance to combustible surfaces: 10" rear & sides.
  • If mounted on casters, use a heavy-duty gas flex hose with restraining device (ANSI Z21.69 compliant).
  • Unit is intended for commercial use only; not for residential installation.
Important:
  • Limit oversized cookware (12" Ø+) to the rear grates to prevent heat damage to front rail components.
  • Never cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are lit; excessive reflected heat will damage the broiler.
  • Charbroiler tops are approved for non-combustible locations only.
