Installation & Care
- Install under a properly sized, ventilated commercial hood.
- Minimum clearance to combustible surfaces: 10" rear & sides.
- If mounted on casters, use a heavy-duty gas flex hose with restraining device (ANSI Z21.69 compliant).
- Unit is intended for commercial use only; not for residential installation.
- Limit oversized cookware (12" Ø+) to the rear grates to prevent heat damage to front rail components.
- Never cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are lit; excessive reflected heat will damage the broiler.
- Charbroiler tops are approved for non-combustible locations only.
