Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that demand maximum versatility in a minimal footprint, the Southbend Ultimate 36" Restaurant Range combines open-top power, a full-size griddle, and a high-performance convection oven into one heavy-duty workhorse. Built on Southbend’s legendary Ultimate platform, this model delivers a total of 146,000 BTU/hr and is fully certified for busy, code-compliant operations.

Multi-Function Cooktop
  • Two non-clog cast-iron burners (standing pilots) provide fast, even heat and accept stock pots up to 14" in diameter.
  • 24" right-hand griddle with ½" cold-rolled steel plate and 64,000 BTU burner system—ideal for breakfast items, proteins, and flat-top favorites.
  • One-piece pull-out crumb tray keeps the 27"-deep cooking surface clean and safe.
  • 4" stainless-steel front rail offers a sturdy landing edge for pans and plating.
High-Performance Convection Oven
  • 32,000 BTU burner with battery-spark ignition—no electrical lighter required.
  • Temperature range: 175 – 550 °F (79 – 288 °C).
  • Porcelain-enameled interior (26" W × 24" D × 14" H) resists corrosion and wipes clean.
  • Three nickel-plated racks with five positions accommodate full-size sheet pans either direction.
  • ½ HP fan motor promotes even baking and roasting; On/Off switch allows standard oven mode when desired.
