Important: Charbroiler must not be cleaned with sheet pans in place—doing so can cause heat damage and void warranty. Use on non-combustible floors with 6" legs or casters and install under a properly vented hood.

Not for household use. Oversized cookware (12" +) should be placed on rear grates to prevent excessive front-rail heat.
