Four high-output, lifetime non-clog burners, a heavy-duty steel griddle and a full-size convection oven let your crew sauté, sear, grill and bake all at once—right on the cook line.

Utilities & Installation Notes

  • Minimum inlet pressure: 7" W.C. (Natural) / 11" W.C. (LP)
  • Install under a ventilated hood per local code.
  • If mounting on a non-quarry tile floor, contact the factory for approved leg/caster kits.
  • Oversized cookware (≥12") should be used on rear grates to avoid excess heat on the front rail.
