Installation & Use Notes:
  • Install under a vented hood. Minimum clearance to combustible surfaces: 10″ rear & sides; 0″ to non-combustible.
  • 6″ legs (supplied) or casters are required on combustible floors.
  • For cookware 12″ Ø or larger, place pots on the rear burners to avoid excessive front-rail heat.
  • If floor is not quarry tile, cement, or natural stone, consult Southbend for approved installation methods.
