The SIRMAN USA Canova automatic meat slicer combines automatic gravity-feed operation with a 12-inch chromium-plated forged carbon steel blade and infinitely variable slice thickness up to 1/2 inch.
Its anodized aluminum alloy construction includes a removable carriage and center plate, a built-in removable sharpener, self-lubricating bushings and bearings, and a fan-cooled belt-driven motor.
