The Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® MC2648SRX-3 is a modular cube ice maker with an air-cooled, remote-condenser configuration and stainless steel finish.
It produces up to 2,315 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with 2,131 lb per 24 hours AHRI certified at 90°F air and 70°F water.
- Produces small half-size dice cubes measuring 7/8 x 7/8 x 3/8 inches.
- Includes ICELINQ® mobile app connectivity through Bluetooth®.
