The Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® MC2148MRX-3 is a modular cube ice maker with air-cooled, remote refrigeration and a stainless steel finish. It produces up to 1,845 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with AHRI-certified production of 1,632 lb per 24 hours at 90°F air and 70°F water.
The unit produces medium full-size dice cubes and includes ICELINQ® mobile app connectivity through Bluetooth®, preservation mode, AutoAlert™ status indicators, WaterSense™ adjustable purge control, one-touch cleaning, harvest assist, and AgION™ antimicrobial protection.
