The Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® MC0722SAX-32 is an air-cooled, self-contained modular ice maker designed to produce small half-size, half-dice cubes.
It produces up to 734 lb (334 kg) of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with an AHRI-certified production rate of 537 lb (244 kg) at 90°F air and 70°F water.
