Sammic XM-51V is a handheld immersion blender designed for recipients up to 85 qt (80 L). Its variable-speed motor operates from 1,500 to 12,000 rpm and delivers 1.1 HP / 720 W.
The 16.7-inch detachable stainless steel arm has a 4-inch bell and an All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system. The unit includes SmoothControl Speed System, TiltStop fall safety, an overload alarm, continuous run operation, and LED status indicators.
