The Sammic SHS-2 is a 2 mm (5/64 in) fine shredding disc for Sammic Compact line vegetable slicers and combi vegetable slicer and cutters.
It is designed for precise cuts and can be used with vegetables, cheese, bread, nuts and almonds. The product sheet also identifies grating applications for bread, hard cheese and chocolate.
