The Salvajor S419 Trough Collector™ is a trough conveying and food waste collecting system for applications where food waste disposers are restricted. Recirculated water carries food waste through the trough and into the scrap basket, while the HYDROLOGIC® control provides an adjustable timer with LCD readout.
