The Salvajor 300-CA-ARSS-LD-P is a 3 HP commercial food waste disposer with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing and a 6-1/2-inch inlet.
It features ARSS-LD automatic reversing and water-saving control with a safety line disconnect, plus a P-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control. The listed configuration is unit only, and the cone assembly size is to be specified.

The disposer requires 8 gallons of cold water per minute, and its rubber drain accepts 2-inch piping or 3-inch piping by removing the drain insert.
