The Salvajor 300-CA-12-ARSS-LD-PP is a 3 HP commercial food waste disposer with a 12-inch cone assembly and 6-1/2-inch inlet diameter.
It uses an ARSS-LD automatic reversing and water-saving control with a safety line disconnect, plus a PP-type control with a mounted solenoid valve, flow control and pressure switch. The unit includes a fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker and scrap ring.
The housing is made from heat-treated aluminum alloy and the disposer includes start/stop push-button operation with drain, flush and time-delay functions.
