The Salvajor 300-CA-12-ARSS-2 is a 3 HP food waste disposer with a 12-inch cone assembly, 6-1/2-inch inlet and automatic reversing ARSS-2 control.
It has a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, start/stop push button and a single support leg. The cone assembly includes the fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring and flow control.

The totally enclosed motor is fan cooled and water cooled, with built-in manual-reset thermal overload protection.
12-inch cone assembly
The CA configuration uses a 12-inch cone assembly.
Automatic reversing control
The ARSS-2 control provides automatic reversing, start/stop push buttons, automatic reversing magnetic contactors and 24-volt safety circuitry.
Aluminum housing
The housing is permanently molded from heat-treated, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy.
Cone assembly equipment
Includes a 1/2-inch fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, 1/2-inch solenoid valve, scrap ring and flow control.
Waste outlet
The rubber drain accepts 2-inch piping or 3-inch piping by removing the drain insert.
Cutting components
The 9-inch shredder and 9-inch rotor use machined, high-strength, wear-resistant hardened carbide alloy; the rotor has four cutter bars.
Sound-isolating mounting
The rubber adaptor above the grind chamber and rubber drain outlet isolate sound and eliminate metal-to-metal contact.
Single adjustable leg
The disposer includes a single adjustable support leg.
