Description
The VIAP5-0-R-CV-SC-AT is a 5-pan, self-contained refrigerated cold well with an 87.5-inch curved design and air tower.
It uses a forced-air cooling system and programmable digital refrigeration controller. The adjustable deck pan can convert to a slanted display, while the lift-up evaporator allows the inner pan to be rinsed clean.
