The Vienna VIAP4-0-R-SC SLANT is a 54-1/8-inch slide-in refrigerated cold food serving counter with a slanted display and capacity for 12 cold pans.
It features self-contained refrigeration, forced-air cooling, a programmable digital controller, removable deck pans, a front air-dam glass panel, and a lift-up evaporator. The exterior is constructed from 304 stainless steel.
Standard hotel and food service pans are to be purchased separately. A floor drain is required.
