Description
VIAP4-0-R-CV-SC-AT is a drop-in, curved refrigerated air pan with an air tower and self-contained refrigeration for four-pan foodservice displays.
Forced-air cooling and a programmable digital refrigeration controller support refrigerated display operation. The adjustable, removable deck pans can convert the display to a slanted presentation, while the lift-up evaporator allows the inner pan to be rinsed clean. The unit has a stainless steel exterior, 3-sided air-dam glass, and R448A refrigerant.
The unit is designed for standard hotel/foodservice pans, which are purchased separately. A 1-inch drain must be connected to a floor drain at installation.
