Description
The Vienna VIAP3-0-R-CV-SC-AT is a 55-1/4-inch curved, drop-in refrigerated air pan with an air tower, self-contained refrigeration, and forced-air cooling.
It features a programmable digital refrigeration controller, an adjustable deck pan that converts to a slanted display, removable deck pans for cleaning, and a lift-up evaporator. The unit has a stainless steel exterior, a 1/3 hp compressor, and R448A refrigerant.
The three-pan unit accommodates standard hotel and foodservice pans, which are to be purchased by others. Installation requires a floor drain and cabinet or counter ventilation for the condensing unit.
