The TB-836-SM is a gas countertop infrared radiant broiler with smoker. It combines removable stainless steel radiants with heavy-duty cast iron reversible top grates and a 23 in x 32 in broiling area.
A full-width removable stainless steel water pan supports wood-chip or soaked-log smoking. The model is listed with one water pan and three chip pans.
