The Royal Series RKTB-48 is a 48-inch gas countertop kabob broiler with eight removable radiant burners rated at 18,000 BTU/hr each. Individual manual controls and standing pilots are specified for the burner system.
The broiler includes stainless steel radiant covers, a large stainless steel water pan, and a fully welded, removable and replaceable interior firebox with 1,200°F mineral wool insulation. Stainless steel sides, front and ledge and 4-inch adjustable legs are also specified.
