RCB-48 is a 48-inch countertop gas charbroiler with lava rock heating, four H-type cast iron burners, manual controls, and 160,000 BTU total input.
Its compact heavy-gauge chassis includes stainless steel sides and a front valve cover. The fully welded interior firebox is removable and replaceable, while cast iron bottom and top grates support flat or inclined top-grate positioning.
For installation planning, the cutsheet specifies non-combustible locations only and a 3/4-inch NPT gas connection at the right-hand rear.
