- One-piece 16 ga. stainless steel top with 1 ½" 90° nosing—seamless, sanitary and built for years of service.
- Recessed mechanically cooled frost top holds up to five full-size (18" × 26") sheet pans or mixed half pans.
- Wrapped refrigeration coil and high-density foamed-in-place urethane insulation for rapid pull-down and uniform frost.
- Sustainable R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (0 ODP / 3 GWP) with electronic temperature control and digital readout.
- 1" drain with gate valve hidden behind a louvered access door—fast, tool-free melt-water removal.
- Four 5" swivel casters (two locking) plus concealed spring-activated locks to securely connect to other Randell modules.
- Open storage base: 22 ga. stainless shelves with welded steel under-bracing—perfect for trays, plates or smallwares.
- Laminate exterior panels backed by galvanized steel; field-removable for easy color or branding changes.
- 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug—simply roll in, plug in and start serving.
