Modular Design

Allows for combination with other Randell Chef Service Counter modules (Left, Center, Right) to create custom lengths, supporting both 2-section (8' to 12') or 3-section (12' to 24') configurations.

Integrated Electrical Breaker Panel

Features a pre-wired 125 Amp, 120/208V, 3-Phase breaker panel (Q0324L125G) within the cabinet, with additional capacity for up to 18 circuits in a 2-section design or 15 in a 3-section design to be added in the field.

Pre-wired Receptacles

Each section includes (1) 120V, 15 Amp NEMA 5-15R and (1) 208V, 30 Amp NEMA 6-30R receptacle, wired directly to the breaker panel for robust and convenient power distribution to kitchen equipment.

Durable Stainless Steel Construction

The unit top is made of 16 gauge stainless steel with a 1.5" turn-down, reinforced with full-length channel bracing. Body ends are stainless steel, polished on the inside, and shelves are 22 gauge stainless steel for superior durability and easy cleaning.

Plate Storage Cabinet

A dedicated plate storage cabinet is included on the server side, providing convenient and organized access during service.

Double Overshelf

A double overshelf provides additional storage and workspace, enhancing efficiency and organization in the chef's area.
