Chef-side end module with built-in plate storage and double overshelf

Streamline plating, staging and small-wares storage with Randell’s 72-1/2" right-hand Chef Service Counter section. Engineered for fast, flexible chef-side workflows, this standalone module locks seamlessly to other Randell Chef Service Counter sections to create a custom center-island line.

  • 16 ga stainless-steel worktop with 1.5" turn-down edges – rugged, easy-sanitize and NSF listed
  • Double 18" deep stainless overshelf for high-volume plating & garnish storage
  • 30" deep left & right wing walls on the chef side contain mess and define the work zone
  • Integrated plate-storage cabinet (server side) keeps dinnerware within arm’s reach
  • Pre-wired electrical convenience: one 120 V/15 A (NEMA 5-15R) and one 208 V/30 A (NEMA 6-30R) receptacle factory-wired to internal J-box
  • Wiring chase from base to both overshelves for clean, code-ready routing of heat lamp or POS leads
  • 6" movable stainless legs with adjustable bullet feet glide around floor obstructions during install
  • Field-bolt bars inside each end produce hairline seams when joining to additional Randell sections
  • Built & certified in the USA; UL, cUL & NSF compliant
