This is a right-hand section, designed to be combined with left (RCL models) and/or center (RCC models) sections to create a customizable 2-section or 3-section chef service counter configuration.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Top
The counter features a 16 gauge stainless steel top with a 1.5-inch turn-down, reinforced with full-length channel bracing for superior strength and longevity. Inside ends are fitted with recessed heavy-duty steel bars for field bolting units together, creating a hairline seam.
Durable Stainless Steel Body
Body ends are crafted from stainless steel, finished and polished on the inside, with a corrosion-resistant exterior. Shelves are made from 22 gauge stainless steel with integrally welded channel bracing.
Integrated Plate Storage Cabinet
A convenient plate storage cabinet is included on the server side, providing easy access and organization for plated dishes.
Double Overshelf
The unit comes with a double overshelf, offering additional vertical storage space for ingredients, tools, or small equipment.
Wing Walls
Left and right wing walls are included on the chef side, enhancing the counter's structure and aesthetic.
Pre-wired Electrical Receptacles
This section includes one 120V NEMA 5-15R receptacle and one 208V NEMA 6-30R receptacle, both pre-wired to a J-box for readily available power connections for other kitchen equipment.
Wiring Chase
A dedicated wiring chase is included, running from the base up to the overshelving, to facilitate organized and concealed electrical wiring (wiring itself is not provided).
Movable Legs with Adjustable Bullet Feet
Equipped with 6-inch high stainless steel legs mounted to a full-length channel frame assembly. The legs are movable left to right to avoid floor obstacles during installation and feature adjustable bullet feet for leveling on uneven surfaces.
