This is a right-hand section (chef-side) that can be combined with left and center sections (RCL and RCC models) to create a customized 2- or 3-section chef service counter spanning 8 to 24 feet.
Stainless Steel Construction
The unit features a 16 gauge stainless steel top with a 1.5-inch turn-down and full-length channel bracing. Body ends are stainless steel, polished on the inside with a corrosion-resistant exterior. Shelves are 22 gauge stainless steel.
Integrated Plate Storage Cabinet
A plate storage cabinet is included on the server side, providing convenient access and storage for dishware.
Double Overshelf
A double overshelf with an 18-inch depth is included, offering additional storage or staging space above the counter.
Wing Walls
Left and right wing walls (30-inch depth) are included on the chef side, enhancing the counter's structure and utility.
Pre-wired Electrical Circuits
Each section comes standard with two pre-wired electrical circuits, including one 120V NEMA 5-15R receptacle and one 208V NEMA 6-30R receptacle, prewired to a J-box for easy power access.
Wiring Chase
A wiring chase from the base to the overshelving is included on both overshelves to facilitate additional wiring (wiring not provided).
Adjustable Legs
The unit stands on 6-inch high stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet, mounted to a full-length channel frame assembly. Legs can be moved for optimal placement during installation.
