Modular Design

This left section unit is part of a modular system, allowing it to be combined with center (RCC) and right (RCR/RCRBP) sections to create a customized chef service counter, suitable for 2-section (8' to 12') or 3-section (12' to 24') configurations.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction

The unit top is made from 16 gauge stainless steel with a 1.5-inch turn-down, reinforced with full-length channel bracing. Body ends are stainless steel, finished and polished on the inside with a corrosion-resistant exterior. Shelves are 22 gauge stainless steel with integrally welded channel bracing for superior durability and easy cleaning.

Integrated Plate Storage Cabinet

Includes an 18-inch deep plate storage cabinet on the server side, providing convenient access and organization for plated dishes or supplies.

Double Overshelf

Features an 18-inch deep double overshelf, ideal for staging, holding, or storing essential kitchen items within easy reach.

Left Wing Wall

Equipped with a 30-inch left wing wall on the chef side, which helps define the workspace and contains items.
