Engineered for high-volume buffets and cafeteria lines, the Randell RCHB-5 combines wrapped refrigeration with an electrically heated water bath to give you true “all-day” flexibility. Hold up to five full-size 12 “ × 20 ” pans at NSF-approved temperatures—no equipment swaps or extra wells required.

A single rocker switch toggles between hot and cold while precise electronic and thermostatic controls maintain product quality. Heavy-gauge stainless steel, eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and a space-saving self-contained design make this unit a durable, sustainable addition to any serving station.
