Modular Center-Island Series RC | Made in USABuild a rock-solid, made-to-measure chef table in minutes. The RCC-80.5 center module drops straight into the middle of a three-section Randell Chef Service Counter, giving you a generous work zone, built-in plate storage and unmatched electrical flexibility—all wrapped in heavy-gauge stainless steel.
- 80 1/2" cabinet length (fits between left & right modules in 3-section arrays).
- Plate-storage cabinet on the server side keeps hot plates within arm’s reach of the service line.
- Double 18" overshelf with concealed wiring chase—ideal for heat lamps, POS terminals, or smallwares.
- 30" deep left-hand wing wall (chef side) shields heat & splatter while defining the work zone.
- Factory-wired electrical convenience:
• (1) 120 V, 15 A receptacle – NEMA 5-15R
• (1) 208 V, 30 A receptacle – NEMA 6-30R - 16-gauge stainless steel top with 1.5" turndown and full-length channel bracing—no sag, no flex.
- 22-gauge stainless shelves & body ends; corrosion-resistant exterior finish.
- 6" movable stainless legs with adjustable bullet feet slide left/right to dodge floor drains and obstacles.
- Heavy-duty bolting bars on each end create hairline seams when joined to other RC modules.
