Build a seamless production line with Randell’s Modular Chef Service Counter. The RCC-62.5 center section provides robust storage, convenient power access, and a rock-solid work surface – all in a single, roll-in–ready module engineered for high-volume kitchens.

  • 16-gauge stainless-steel top with 1.5" turndown – heavy-duty, sanitary, and easy to clean.
  • Integrated plate storage cabinet (chef side) keeps dinnerware within arm’s reach.
  • Full-length double overshelf (server side) for pass-thru plating and smallwares.
  • Left-hand chef-side wing wall helps shield the cooking line from guest view.
  • Pre-wired power: (1) 120 V NEMA 5-15R & (1) 208 V NEMA 6-30R receptacles mounted and routed to an internal J-box.
