The Randell BC-510WT is an undercounter blast chiller with self-contained refrigeration, automatic probe-based cooling and electronic controls.
It accommodates either 10 12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in hotel pans or 5 18 in x 26 in sheet pans. The unit includes two color-coded food probes, on-board temperature recording and a USB port for data collection.

- Refrigeration: Self-contained, air-cooled 3/4 HP system with automatic condensate evaporator.
- Electrical: 120 V, 60 Hz, single-phase operation at 20 A with a NEMA 5-20P cord.
