Randell 3613 – 48" Electric Hot Food Table, 3-Well Sealed

3600 Series • Open-Shelf Base • Made in the USA

Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the Randell 3613 combines precise temperature control, rugged stainless-steel construction and smart operator-friendly details. Three individually controlled sealed wells keep entrées at safe, appetizing temperatures while the integrated drain manifold, full-length cutting board and open storage shelf streamline prepping, plating and service.

Key Features

  • Three 12" × 20" × 6.5" sealed wells with bottom elements engineered for wet operation.
  • Dedicated thermostatic control & on/off indicator light for each well.
  • One-piece 20 ga. stainless steel top with die-stamped, raised-rim openings for a sanitary seal around pans.
  • Factory-installed drains manifolded to a single gate valve (left side) for fast, mess-free water removal.
  • Removable 7"-deep stainless steel plate shelf houses the controls and provides an extra plating surface.
  • Full-length 8"-deep, ½"-thick NSF poly cutting board doubles as a service ledge or prep station.
  • Open stainless steel base shelf arrives fully welded—no field assembly required.
  • 6" adjustable bullet feet level the table and raise work height up to 37.25" if needed.
  • Ships pre-wired with 8' cord & plug; available in 120 V, 208 V or 240 V.
  • cULus and NSF listed; backed by a 1-year parts & labor warranty.
Important: This model is designed for wet-well operation. Always add water to the wells and open the drain before powering the unit.
