A refractory stone conveyor, dual-fuel heat system and intelligent ADPV energy management deliver blistering 840 °F performance while saving energy during lighter production periods. Add a fully stainless-steel body, detachable control panel and stack-ready design and you have the ultimate powerhouse for high-volume pizza, flatbread or sandwich operations.
