Infrared holding heat for fried foods, right where you need it

Designed to mount on Pitco bread-and-batter cabinets, the PFW-1 keeps fries, tenders, fish and other fried favorites at a “just-cooked” temperature without over-cooking. Its ceramic radiant element delivers powerful, focused heat, while the swing-away post lets staff move the warmer aside for cleaning or to reduce congestion on the makeline.
